We partnered with a lifestyle brand to create a story-driven video campaign designed to increase brand awareness and drive meaningful engagement across digital platforms.

Problem

Iron Oaks Wealth Advisors was already doing something different. Operating under Ameriprise Financial, they had begun flipping the traditional financial-services model. Instead of corporate-driven marketing, Iron Oaks built their firm around the advisor, empowering each advisor to grow their own relationships, their own practice, and their own book of business. But that story wasn’t being clearly communicated. We had two primary goals for them: • Increase employee retention by strengthening internal culture • Attract aligned financial advisors who valued collaboration, support, and purpose They needed a brand film that showed who they actually are and why their model works.

Solution

We created an advisor-centered brand film that focused less on products and more on people. Through interviews with leadership and advisors, we uncovered what truly makes Iron Oaks different. Most financial firms place marketing power at the corporate level, but Iron Oaks flips that structure by putting advisors first, recognizing that clients connect with people, not logos . This approach strengthens the bond between advisor and client while giving advisors ownership over their growth. We also highlighted how Iron Oaks surrounds each advisor with support, allowing them to spend more time serving clients instead of managing day-to-day operations . That team-first environment creates space for advisors to scale their businesses while feeling genuinely supported. At the heart of the film is Iron Oaks’ culture: a help-first mindset where abundance is shared, not hoarded, and success is built together. Rather than scripting a corporate message, we let real advisors tell their own stories. The film shows how collaboration replaces competition, how community replaces isolation, and how this environment allows Iron Oaks to serve thousands of families by taking financial stress off their plate so they can focus on living their dreams and building lasting legacies. The final film became a foundational brand asset designed to support recruiting, onboarding, and marketing clearly communicating Iron Oaks’ advisor-first philosophy.

Result

Iron Oaks now has a brand film that clearly positions their advisor-centered model, reinforces their collaborative culture internally, and attracts advisors who align with their values. More than a recruiting video, the film became a reflection of who they are: a community-driven firm where advisors are supported, clients come first, and success is built together.
