Porchlight Productions is a brand film and video production studio based in North Georgia. The Site exists to share our work, describe our services, and let you get in touch. Nothing on the Site is an offer, guarantee, or contract for services — engagements are governed by a separate written proposal and agreement.

You may browse the Site for your own personal and business reference. In exchange, you agree not to:

• copy, download, screen-record, scrape, or redistribute any video, image, or content on the Site except where we provide an explicit "share" or "download" option;

• use any automated system (bots, crawlers, scrapers) to access or harvest content without our written permission;

• reverse-engineer, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems;

• use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it.

3. Our Content Is Ours

This is the part that matters most for a studio like ours.

All content on the Site — including our brand films, reels, video clips, photography, graphics, copy, logos, the "Porchlight" name, and the "Illuminating Your Stories" tagline — is owned by Porchlight or our clients and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. The films and footage we showcase are finished creative works, not free stock.

You may not reproduce, re-edit, repost, embed, or use any of our video or visual content for your own or any third party's purposes without our prior written consent. Viewing our work on the Site does not grant you any license to use it.

4. Client Work & Featured Brands

Some content on the Site features the brands, logos, people, and businesses of our clients, displayed with permission as examples of our work. Those marks and materials belong to their respective owners and may not be used by you.

5. Music & Third-Party Materials

Films on the Site may include licensed music, stock elements, and other third-party materials. Those are licensed to Porchlight for display of our portfolio only. You acquire no rights to any music or third-party material featured in our work.

6. Inquiries & Submissions

If you contact us through the Site (for example, a quote request or contact form), you're responsible for the accuracy of what you submit, and you grant us permission to use that information to respond to you. Submitting an inquiry does not create a client relationship — that begins only with a signed agreement.

Please don't send us confidential or proprietary information through the Site that you don't want us to receive on a non-confidential basis.

7. Links to Other Sites

The Site may link to third-party websites (for example, social platforms or partners). We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Visiting them is at your own risk.
